Didn't see a review for 2023, so thought I would add one. They will make it very easy to buy a car, but once it needs any service, all bets are off. There is a wait of 3-4 months for any appointment. AND once you wait three months for the appointment they will keep your car for weeks without even looking at it. This is even for routine oil changes. Don't even ask to be put on a waitlist for cancellations, they won't do it. I have never been treated in such a way by any car service center. Need a loaner, they don't have one, ... read more

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from North Austin Audi. As with any business, there only objective is to make money quickly. It took me 20 years of wanting an Audi until i could actually afford ***** I ordered one. I specd it out to my liking, paid the required hold payment, and then waited 6 months for delivery. Do not leave your car with their service center! They withhold repair orders and invoices when they claim to have replaced parts. They missed an oil leak at 55k maintenance which ended up costing me upwards of $5,000 to fix the aftermath of that ignored issue just 3 months after service. (No one gave me the time of day to show them the proof) 55k is a major maintenance appointment. I got oil, an oil filter, air filter and they replaced a $2.00 washer. Thats it. 4+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. I was initially told it would be 4 hours when I dropped it off; service advisor never contacted me to tell me they are running late. Then when I called after 4 hours to check, I was told it would be an additional hour to hour and a half to get the car washed. When I came to pick up my vehicle and told my service advisor about the time, his excuse was that the 4 hours was just an estimated time.

PSA: BUYERS BEWARE - My 2013 Audi Q5 began having issues at 82,000 miles. It has an oil consumption problem (sound familiar) that makes it a hazard to drive. I stopped using Audi North Austin a while back when they treated me poorly (scheduling, follow up, getting my vehicle's service done on time). I used south Austin for a while until the same issues began (although I have never fought them on their over priced non-sense). Terrible service center. They have untrained techs and give you the car back in much worse condition than when it arrived. They will try and sell you stuff you dont need, not know how to properly put your car back together and the mechanic is very rude. Easy to see why with their service manager Morris who is quite incompetent.
