Terrible call service and customer service.. waited 42 mins for someone to answer a couple questions.. and then to tell me a staggering price without even knowledge of model and make ..disappointed in the dealership when I send alot of money there

I'm also grateful for Nicole whom kept me engaged throughout the process, as I was exceedingly busy with work at the time, and needed someone to really help throughout the initial buying process. Sales side - everything great. On the service side - absolutely horrible. I’m still waiting on a phone call from the service manager for over a year now. As of today, another request has been placed for him to give me a call back. Instead, I get a call from service advisor Kenny (the same advisor who charged me for a windshield who he is now claiming my windshield had chips in it as to why I had to pay for a brand new one) disregarding what I was saying and instead proceeded to give me a time and date as to when he told me h... read more
