Friendly, courteous personnel who are always eager to help. Our sales and service experiences have always been favorable.
Last two times that I made an appointment with Audi for an oil change I have had to wait one or two hours before service was started. I was pleased with work completed, but do not know what advantage it is to the customer to make an appointed if customer is forced to wait hours.
Very friendly and professional staff. Easy in and out
The service manager was excellent. He reviewed recommendations patiently and professionally.
