Oliver the manager went the extra mile to answer all our questions and moved as quickly as possible to help us get the car we loved. Marcos our sales associate was so kind, attentive, and patient taking the time to understand our needs without pressure or persuasion. Omar in finance made everything clear and didn’t rush us. Honestly it was a pleasure and that’s rare when car shopping.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this dealership was disappointing enough that I feel future buyers should be aware. The staff came across as unprofessional from the moment I arrived—unorganized, dismissive, and not interested in helping. Simple questions were met with vague answers or brushed off entirely, and there was no effort to provide clarity or support throughout the process.
