Great service! Tyler and Mike were very professional. Tyler was excellent in resolving a technical issue I was having.
Everything being done was explained well and the rep always made sure I was aware if anything changed during the inspection process.
Had my first experience with Audi of Melbourne this past week, after many years of working with Audi of Hilton Head. The facility is top notch, as most are. I have to say John Alvarez (brand specialist that managed my case) is 5-STAR! He kept me informed throughout the process and was really friendly and super knowledgable. Came to Audi Melbourne in an interesting predicament late on a Sunday and the entire team was more than accommodating! As a woman it’s easy to feel taken advantage of in car dealerships but Rohit was so patient and kind when answering my questions.
