They were very quick to schedule my service appointment and were extremely detail oriented. I received a video from the service technician explaining everything that was done and addressed all the concerns I had. Audi is an excellent company with reliable cars. If you decide to wait for your car, there is plenty of comfortable seating with beverages and light snacks. They use only authentic Audi parts and don’t try and take advantage of customers or pressure you into services that are not necessary. You’re in great hands.
