The Audi Las Vegas Service Department is fabulous! Every time I have brought my car in for any service at all everyone from the guy that greets me in the driveway to my service tech is friendly and knowledgable. I recently contacted Audi for a tire repair and they got me in the same day. They are always accommodating and if my car is going to be there for longer than expected they always have a loaner for me.
Romeo was great. I brought my car in for a coolant pump issue without an appointment, and he still took care of me like I had made the appointment three months ago. There were some payment issues, and I requested goodwill assistance. Romeo was responsive the whole time, and in the end, my car got fixed and came back to me alive and well. I did not get a loaner car, but since I was already asking for goodwill assistance, I felt too embarrassed to ask for another favor. Another review here, this place is fantastic. Madelynne has great customer service and helped me through the entire process coordinating with the warranty provider. She constantly gave updates and always went above and beyond to get me a good deal. Michael is also great and assisted me with finding the right price. I will continue using this dealership for all my Audi service needs.
