I know why I purchased my 2024 S3 at Henderson Audi because these guys here at Las Vegas Audi suck. Oil change that’s it. It’s not complicated. This is my 3rd Audi vehicle in 8 yrs. One for me and 2 for my wife. Next time I’ll buy a Cadillac or a Toyota. Last Audi period.

I’m deeply disappointed with how my car was handled here. I brought it in back in August because it was struggling to start and had a steering issue. My advisor told me a new battery would solve the starting problem, so I paid for it while they worked on the steering. After an unusually long repair process, the car was released to me — and not even a mile off the lot, a loud noise came from the front end. I turned right back around. My service was great. I knew my vehicle was having a few difficulties and Wido and his team kept at it until these items were repaired.
Wonderful experience with entire staff at Audi Henderson. Sergio -the Sales manager- was able to get me the exact car I wanted for the right price. The tech staff was efficient and kind in the car familiarization process. Finance explained my options very well and the check-out process was quick and clear.
