I've taken my Audis to both horrible Audi Service Departments (side-eying you, Audi San Diego), mediocre (Fresno), and top notch (Audi Carlsbad). Audi Las Vegas is definitely top notch. From having a staff member at your car when you pull in, getting it checked in, to the very comfortable waiting area, to the Service Rep that makes sure all your questions and concerns are heard and handled, every step made me feel valued as an Audi owner.
