First class service and team!
Thank you to Stephen Ball and the Service team. My Q7 completely lost power as I pulled up at the dealer for an appointment. Turns out the Generator/Alternator had failed and was not charging the battery. The repair was covered under a warranty extension and my vehicle was back (cleaned inside and out) the next business day. Very professional to deal with, thanks again!
