Horrendous experience simply over the phone. I am trying to call on behalf of a client of mine who had a key ordered and needs programming. After she was told by an advisor that they didn't cover programming or the cost of the key, she mentioned she has key protection but the advisor would not call an initiate a claim. After calling on behalf for her, the receptionist answered in a tone that seemed as if she did not have time to care about who was on the other line. Quite a bad experience with this dealership. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a bad name on such a high end car. If you plan to buy Audi never go to this dealership. I am writing this from my experience with this dealership.
One of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with. Appointments are booked months in advance. No room for any urgent repairs. There's only one service advisor to schedule appointments and they know nothing about cars. No way to schedule appointments online. They refused servicing a 2008 R8 because it was "too old"!! Very dysfunctional place.
Claude took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance and exceptional customer service! Great job!
