Quite a bad experience with this dealership. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a bad name on such a high end car. If you plan to buy Audi never go to this dealership. I am writing this from my experience with this dealership.
One of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with. Appointments are booked months in advance. No room for any urgent repairs. There's only one service advisor to schedule appointments and they know nothing about cars. No way to schedule appointments online. They refused servicing a 2008 R8 because it was "too old"!! Very dysfunctional place.
Claude took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance and exceptional customer service! Great job!
My husband and I had the best experience at Audi Jackson. Chad and Jayden were really great to work with!
