I appreciate the service team. They make sure that your concerns are met. If you have a problem they work to get it resolved and Steven is amazing. He is the reason I keep coming back to Audi Of Jackson. A good service advisor goes a long way with me.

Absolutely worst Audi dealership in the USA. Good luck getting someone on the phone for an appointment. Tammy the desk lady just sends you over to voicemail every time. Reviewed this dealership 8 months ago and all the scary stories are true. They will take your money and that’s a wrap. If you want any answers, just go into the shop.
