Horrible service and lack of communication from the service manager Justin. Supposedly he's new but nothing has changed at this audi dealership. Just close the dealership. The level of service is unbelievable. Each time my vehicle is at this dealership there's a issue. My doors were left unlocked and someone got into my vehicle theres was absolutely no accountability. I have no issues at any other location. I shouldn't have to drive hours away to get the service and respect each customer deserves.

Over the years, communication at this dealership has been consistently poor. After more than seven phone calls, I was finally able to secure a service appointment. Online scheduling is either unavailable or nonfunctional, and my most recent appointment was canceled the morning of with no notice. I was then told it could not be rebooked, with no alternative offered other than to “find someone Audi certified.” For a routine oil change, my husband ultimately had to come into the dealership in person just to get me scheduled.
