Over the years, communication at this dealership has been consistently poor. After more than seven phone calls, I was finally able to secure a service appointment. Online scheduling is either unavailable or nonfunctional, and my most recent appointment was canceled the morning of with no notice. I was then told it could not be rebooked, with no alternative offered other than to “find someone Audi certified.” For a routine oil change, my husband ultimately had to come into the dealership in person just to get me scheduled. I appreciate the service team. They make sure that your concerns are met. If you have a problem they work to get it resolved and Steven is amazing. He is the reason I keep coming back to Audi Of Jackson. A good service advisor goes a long way with me.
