Absolutely worst Audi dealership in the USA. Good luck getting someone on the phone for an appointment. Tammy the desk lady just sends you over to voicemail every time. Reviewed this dealership 8 months ago and all the scary stories are true. They will take your money and that’s a wrap. If you want any answers, just go into the shop. If I could give a 0, I would. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life when trying to purchase a vehicle. My husband asked me to look around at Audi for the vehicle I want for my birthday. I went to the Audi of Jackson, MS and was greeted by Kyle. Kyle asked me what I was looking for and my budget. I told Kyle that I was unsure of the budget at the time because if I like something then I will get it.
