I had an outstanding experience with Tou and the service team at Audi of Indianapolis. While traveling, we had the misfortune of dealing with a blown tire on our Audi S5, but Tou immediately turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and pleasant one. AUDI always goes out of its way to secure me a loaner vehicle and promptly diagnose my car’s “problem.” I used quotes, because there wasn’t anything wrong with my car. In the end, it was a body part that just needed a good cleaning.
Was easy check in. Ben went thru everything, was in and out within 1-1/2 hrs. Explained a possible future problem. And followed up later in day confirming warranty. Very good communication as always with all service people there.
Awesome staff and service! Provided a rental for me which made the whole process much easier.
