Honestly, I was dreading my appointment because I’ve been long conditioned to expect a long day and spending more than I expect when visiting most dealerships for service. However, Nathan was so accommodating and considerate of my time that I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and there were zero surprises when it came time to settle up. The communication was consistent and clear, and the timetable was exactly what was presented at the beginning. I had a 10 out of 10 experience with Nathan and Tom Wood.
