I've been reaching out to Audi Honolulu to order a spare tire for my S5 for two months now. My calls get directed to a call center in the Philippines and nobody from the dealership ever calls back. Emails promise follow up but I never receive a call. It's a very uninterested business, but they'll certainly spam your email to get your car in for a service.
Had to change tos to a 1 star because there impossible to get ahold of and will never call you back or respond to emails
The use of Ai to answer the phone will always turn me away from a business. Id rather get a car from mainland and ship it here then support a business that can't even have a real person answer the phone.
Purchased a used vehicle April 2026 and the service was exceptional! Sales representative Wei and his sales manager John went above and beyond reasonable expectations. Our daughter moved to Oahu for school while we remain on the mainland, so a safe, reliable used car was a priority for us as I will not be local to assist with any repair and maintenance issues. This team was patient and accommodating throughout the entire sales process - 5 out of 5.
