Sadly the email from them went to my spam folder, now, I'm under the weather and was just told it was still there. Hopefully when I feel better it still will be. Kevin's email response was quick and very kind. I will most definitely look at this vehicle if still available.

I called the dealership. General Manager was friendly, but he did not take the time to tell me what the warranty covers on a Q7. I would have to call the service department. I felt like he should have been able to explain what is covered and what is not.
