Straight forward experience from finding car on CarGurus to requesting more pictures that were sent over quickly. Nice sales person, Ruan, was knowledgeable and easy to engage with. One disappointment was the online trade-in calculator by CarGurus was not correct, but we came to an agreement before going to the dealer. Once there car was as presented clean, charged and tradie-in was straightforward. I was invited to discuss potential arrangements, with an appointment scheduled for the following morning to view the vehicle. However, I subsequently received notification that the car had been sold, which caused considerable disappointment. It is counterintuitive to invite a prospective client for a discussion regarding a vehicle only to sell it prior to their scheduled visit. They were very responsive. The buying process was smooth. I was finished with the buying process in under 2 hrs. They have since been very responsive with after purchase questions. I highly recommend working with Andrew!
I bought a used car at Audi Burlington. The process went very smoothly, no hassle The staff was very accommodating, especially the salesman Tara Turku. I would recommend this dealership. The vehicle was as described. The car was detailed like new. The car was ready for pickup as promised.
