The best customer service experience that I ever had. Edina was fantastic and made the overall car buying process simple, very professional and knowledgeable of the Audi Q3. The finance manger Bill was outstanding, he provided us with different options for packages for our new Q3, because of his recommendations and explaining all the options, we purchased two service packages. This is my second Audi from Audi Flatirons and because of great people like Edina and Bill is the reason I keep coming back.

Great service department. Parts guys gave me a remote battery gratis and advised how to handle remote that got washed in clothes washer. Nice guys.
Michael was very kind, helpful, and not pushy at all. Haven't made a purchase but had a great experience.
Terrible customer service. Boulder service was excellent but since they moved service to Broomfield it is non-existent. Makes me want to trade in my Audi for another brand.
