I had an appointment to have my car picked up and repaired. Unfortunately, my appointemnt was cancelled by Audi at the last minute via text. I was not happy. They were great when I purchased my vehicle from them. Unfortunately, their service department is a different story. To quote Jerry Seinfeld, “You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation.
