I consider the car buying experience generally painful and he makes it much more comfortable as he is genuine in his interest to make his clients happy.

We just purchased a three year-old used vehicle at Audi Flatirons and had a great experience. The car was a 16th birthday present for my son in the boat, they put on it when we returned to pick it up was a wonderful added touch.
