Audi financial services is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I truly understand why most people choose Mercedes, Jaguar, Range Rovers and even BMW’s over Audi. My experience thus far is that nothing is seamless and there are minimal solutions. Audi dealership was quick to sell an active duty service member an suv but are slow to take care of the needs of those that serve and relocate overseas. Will never lease or buy an Audi again. Very poor service and clearly a reason not to choose Audi again. I would not endorse them to anybody. A customer with spotless payment record.
It took me several telephone calls and two complains sent to the Consumer financial protection bureau (www.CFPB.org) to revise final bill. I was being charged for an old and a new contract for the same month simultaneously! Unbelievable but true!
I ave waiting online for help getting a title to re-register a car for 5 straight days for more than 50 minutes. I have to pay a lease, but cannot register my car because they will not answer the phone. I have bought 7 Audi's .....necer again....do not lease with Audi
