Horrible online service. Placed Autopay 4x online and found out each month Autopay did not go through. Lucky I checked otherwise would have affected my credit rating. Finally had great representative from AFS sign up for me. Hopefully this works.

It is mind boggling how inept this financial service is. I paid off my Audi A3 lease in January and have been waiting for my title for months (it's now August and I still don't the title.) There has been constant misinformation and misdirection. After waiting months, and having completed the proper paperwork to request my title, I called again and was told that they did not even have a title for the car on file and that I needed to request a new title. I overnighted my lease payoff check to Audi Financial Services 45 days ago. Still no title. After extended wait time, when I finally speak to someone they make various excuses but can't/won't commit to when I can expect to receive title. I was injured in an accident in the A6 after AFS cashed the payoff check and can't bring myself to drive it again. I had the most pleasant experience with the Audi Financial Services Team in requesting a copy of my title in order to register my vehicle in my new State. The agent I had was courteous, professional, and extremely thorough. She was able to identify the requests from my State's Licensing Office, confirm they had a physical copy of my Title from my previous State, and confirm that the physical copy would be mailed to the State Licensing Office. Very much a pleasure to work with!!

If I went into all the ugly details of my problems with Audi Financial it would be a book. Suffice it to say that this is the most shockingly inept, and disorganized company with some of the nastiest and most ignorant customer service representatives I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Wasted literally dozens of hours simply trying to get the correct information to buy out my lease, and was shuttled from agent to agent, disconnected, given erroneous and conflicting information (multiple times). Audi financial services is the worst customer service and title close out ever received. No solution or alternative provided and they have limited experience. My experience thus far is that nothing is seamless and there are minimal solutions. Audi Las Vegas dealership was quick to sell the vehicle but are slow to take care of the problem was their in 1st place regarding fixing title. Will never lease or buy an Audi again. Horrible customer service. Transferred 3 times they admitted it was their fault and needed to fix it but after an hour I got disconnected. Not a great way to start out with a new car.
