The service dept there is very incompetent. They failed to verify that the water leak issue/ windshield (safelite) was resolved before doing 6500.00 worth of electrical repairs, computers/modules. One module 900.00 which was no where in the location of water infiltration was supposedly bad also...,when asked for a computer printout saying it was bad they cudnt provide that... Now a week later the relay for suspension is bad which shudda been replaced with the original 6500.00 worth of repairs.... Needless to say our car has ... read more

Friendly Professional Service – I service my A6 at Audi of Fairfield. Great place, friendly crew. Chris Campanelli is the Service person I use and I strongly recommend dealing with him.
Best Customer Service Ever from the moment i walk in i was greeted in a friendly manner....then offered a beverage...wow..a salesperson then greeted me again and went to get me my car for test drive...then i was also greeted by the Sales Manager...i must say these people was prompt and patient and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. All transaction from walk in to my spot delivery was easy as pie...very impressive..these guys have renewed my trust in car dealerships...anyone who wants an Audi should check these guys out
Ok Service Bought my first car here. Great buying experience and service during warrantee. You fall off their radar immediately after your service contract is up. Overall recommended, but just be ready to buy another car or go elsewhere once your contract is up.
