Giving one star because I can't give negative stars! Words of advise for the shady sales model they use to get you! They're not set up like a traditional car dealership for a reason, they want you to let your guard down. I have to rewrite my review. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone to purchase a vehicle. I bought my vehicle from Stefan a while back thinking I was getting a great deal but oh was I wrong. Stefan sold me a certified used vehicle that was used for a LEASE. When it came to asking the question of if there was any damage done to the vehicle or anything they told me no it never had an accident, no damages nothing. I believed them. We are sorry you feel that way Nancy. This vehicle was purchased on March 30th of 2019, about a year and a half ago. The vehicle had a clean carfax and the fact that it was a lease return is not anything unusual. Nearly every new car dealership gets vehicles returned to them from leases and then resell them as used cars. Bumpers also get repainted frequently if there are stone chips, scratches, etc, not just from serious damage that could occur in an accident. If you're looking for integrity, transparency and good customer service in a car buying experience, stay far away from the Audi Exchange. They pulled a bait and switch on me and lied to me face - likely to cover up a mistake they made when providing the online quote that got me through their doors in the first place. You had expressed interest on a particular Q5 and were instructed by one of our team members to come and take a look at it. It is our standard protocol to check the status of the vehicle in our internal system before confirming the appointment. It appears that this was not done in your case, which led that team member to confirm the appointment without realizing that we had dealer-traded that particular vehicle to another dealership. noise checked out from my drivers front wheel. assessment was that I needed a $2,000 repair for a wheel hub and bearing. I had it checked by a 3rd party. and they confirmed no@replacement required.
Awesome service department. Hardest part is not spending more cash on all the Audi merchandise they have to offer.
