We went to Audi on September on Tuesday on September 4th 2018 to see and test drive a Volvo, next day we submitted the on line application, as we driving to the dealership to sign the paperwork we get a call from our salesman Hugo asking if we can go in the following day to finalize the paperwork because the finance manager was leaving for the day. Horrible customer service at the Service Department. Everybody on their phones sharing memes and talking about it infront of clients and not helping the customer, invluding the lady at the Service Dept. Very diasappointed!!

I was very disappointed with the service of the service department, but everyone has an off day. But what makes me angry is that it has been 3 weeks since I’ve been there and my car still reeks of gas from the technician who “fixed” my car. I had to take it to Audi Denver to get them to check the work when I got home. Actually I should say it reeks of gas and that crappy fruit spray they inundated my car with to try and cover it up. Now I’m gonna have to pay to get my cars interior detailed just to see if I can get the smell... read more
I traded in my vehicle a month ago and everything went smooth until it didn’t. My trade in is yet to be paid off. I’ve contacted their finance department several times with no response. I finally went in and was told the problem would be fixed and it is yet to be corrected. A payment for my trade in came out and now a second one is about to come out because the trade in hasn’t been paid off. I’m not one to post bad reviews, but hopefully this will get them going. I’m extremely unhappy.
Just moved to the area from D.C. Took my vehicle in for 45,000 mile service Ashley and her counterparts took great care of me. Ashley was very helpful and ensured all my questions we're answered and that I was satisfied. A true professional! Thank you Ashley. Reading the comments on the sales side of the house will bring me back here to make sure I buy my Q5 at Audi El Paso.
