I’ve visited other Audi service center in San Francisco, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. This is the worst not only on the for the rude and poor customer service but also the low quality of the maintenance. Within a week of taking my car in for service, 3 different issues came up. It was impossible to get a hold of anybody over the phone as they never answer. Had to take my car in again. Stay away
Valentine was thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with my car inspection and service.
