They made me wait for two days and didn't even check my car.
I don't live in town but I came in for what seemed to be a high voltage system coolant leak in my car after making an appointment. Due to the holidays Paulo informed me that they wouldn't be able to complete the Diagnostic in a single day. Seeing as I don't live in town he did me a huge favor and topped off my fluid so that I can make it home safely. He didn't charge me at all and I greatly appreciate the kindness and impeccable customer service from Paulo.

Purchased a 2023 A4 with 32,000 miles from this dealer that was being sold with the 30,000 mile service performed while under their ownership. This negative review is directed at the service center due to negligence. Drove the vehicle home to Orange County and the next day the vehicle was leaking oil out of the AWD clutch.
