**************** is terrible. Bought a vehicle June 15. Nine plus weeks later, STILL waiting for plates. Request to speak to manager was put through and after 10 mins on hold, I gave up. No call back. Someone there didnt send off for plates. Dont expect ANY service after sale. They will say this is out of their hands and they get the plates from the state. I called Texas DMV and was told I should have received the plates a month ago.
Had no issue with the experience purchasing my car from here. The issue is after the fact. Decided it was best to cancel some warrantys and products. Trying to get a resolution from ***************************** in finance has been near impossible. Currently going on 40 days of one-sided correspondences. Feels as if customers are thrown to the side after purchasing a vehicle from here. Does not return calls either. Completely unprofessional. I will keep on attempting to resolve this matter, but it is looking bleak.
Typical car sales people here. Tell you to come in and that they will get you an offer close to your ask only to give you an over 50% different than your ask. Waste of gas and time. Misleading and scheme sales people. Dont work with their online team either. Just as bad. Especially avoid ***** in sales.

This was my first and last time ever going to Audi Dominion.Audi Dominion permanently disabled the oil level indicator on my car after an oil change. This means that my car can no longer detect its oil levels and can't be reset. Oil indicator is constantly flashing red. My husband and I had gone in to test drive a Q8 a couple weeks ago , and ultimately decided I wanted to look for an SQ7 for the third row and more HP. Sales rep ***** that day was amazing ! Wasnt ******* me , we test drove multiple vehicles , and he stated they didnt have an SQ7 at the time , but would call me when they did. We purchased a new 2022 Audi Q5 from this dealer with the assurance that ************ was included. It was not and this so called "luxury" car did not have keyless entry! None of this was explained to us - apparently these items depend on the trim package. More time was spent on trying to sell us an extended warranty than on describing the vehicle. Sales people seemed untrained and unable to answer questions. We will never use this dealer again and probably never buy another Audi.

Went in to purchase a Certified Pre Owned Audi S6 that was listed on their web page. I have had 3 Audi's in the past and had great experiences from dealerships in the Northwest. I am an Active Duty Military member assigned to JBSA-Lackland. On 24 April 2021 I took my 2013 Audi A7 to Audi Dominion for its 75k service. As part of the $729.00 service, they were supposed to perform a complete vehicle inspection, oil change, grease all the doors and sunroof tracks, plus change the air and cabin filters, clean the air plenum and add refresh fragrance scents. Put a $3000 deposit on a vehicle and have a signed agreement from the finance manager, the sales person called me today and said your vehicle is sold we have another one if you like more expensive. Not sure what the deposit and the agrement for? Sales person and management don't care told them will leave a review did not care.lost another vehicle from other place because of them. Be aware.
