They sold me a part for $7300 that I did not need. They then told me I needed a transmission as well. They would not refund me after it was determined I no longer needed the first part. They were trying to get $25,000 out of my car now that the warranty has expired. It has less than 100,000 miles. Brakes have always embarrassingly squeaked. They are always trying to scam you. They always take advantage of my wife. Please do not use this company
BUYER BE WARE, McDonald Audi of Littleton are bait and switch artists and terrible customer service. 2015 Audi lost power, the service department quoted $180 to diagnose the problem. They did not say it starts at $179 and could go up. Had the car towed there. They looked it over and said it looks like the timing belt may have jumped a tooth and that it will cost another $1,100 to disassemble the top end of the engine to diagnose, and if it is the timing belt it would be around $4,000 to fix.
