I called this dealership to get a price on an Audi Q7 spoke to Cody Cody said would call me back within 30 minutes with a lease price 11:30 am, 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm came by and no call all 3 times I left a voice mail or message for Cody no call back. Audi service department on Lemmon Avenue is a rip off. Be prepared for them to rack up the repairs during state inspections that are not needed. In addition, conveniently run out of town to wash car. I will not buy another audi car nor will I go back to their service department. Love Sewell service department and will only buy their cars in the future.
Beware of this Dealership..........I purchased a vehicle for my Significant Other on Dec 21 2021........it is now Feb 16, 2022 and despite all the promises from the General Manager, we still have not received a Texas Title and the car is now unusable. We feel we have been totally taken advantage of as we gave these folks plenty of time to resolve the issue and make this right. We are now in the process of hiring a lawyer. I am very disappointed with this dealership as I assumed it was a reputable business.
My question is when will I get the title for the auto I bought from Audi Dallas on Dec 21, 2020. It's been 15 months, the car is unusable because we have no title. We have been promised a resolution to the problem and all we get is more talk. After 15 months I have lost my patience and my lawyer is now involved. I am in total disbelief that a supposedly reputable Dealer such as Audi Dallas can be engaging in such activity.
