I recently visited Audi Columbia for a routine oil and oil filter change. I had a coupon clearly stating a free multi-point inspection and 10% off any service. To my surprise, they quoted me $341 for the service. When I requested a breakdown of the charges, I discovered they had included the multi-point inspection—which was explicitly supposed to be free according to my coupon. This review is LONG overdue, but better late than never!! Great experience with Audi of Columbia and highly recommend Devin Simmons for help finding your next Audi!! After visiting my local dealership in Charlotte and being told they could not order the model I wanted (and had already built it online) I was referred to Devin. More than exceeded my expectations. Unmatched customer service. Courteous professional engagement. The best experience I've had in three decades. Although loyal to the Volkswagen brand this is my first Audi and first routine scheduled maintenance service; am more than impressed with Jim Hudson Audi of Columbia. None better.
