Out of all my car experiences with dealerships this company has been the best and absolutely impressive.. this is my first Audi and I took it in to get my 10-digit number for my car, Brian helped me with no questions asked and got my car set up for me.. he was polite kind and very professional.. and as far as the service department. Came in to look at vehicles after losing a vehicle to an accident. Miguel was a fabulous salesman. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn’t pressure me into a purchase. We did come back after shopping around to purchase a vehicle from Audi of Colorado Springs and Miguel. Great service after the sale as well. I’d recommend anyone to give them a try.
My experience with Audi CS has been great and specifically, with one of their salesman Miguel. It’s been refreshing to have a dealership that is actually interested in taking care of their customers. Miguel is a genuinely good guy and has gone above and beyond to find me the exact car I wanted even though it took months of searching. Would recommend this dealership to everyone which I cannot say of other groups in the area
