We've been casually shopping for a second vehicle and stopped by to look at the Q5 and Q7. My wife absolutely despises car shopping. So, expecting a worse case scenerio turned out to be a very positive experience. The sales staff was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and never once pushy. It was honestly one of the best dealership experiences we've had in a long time. When we're ready to make our purchase, we'll definitely be coming back.
Visited for the first time the Audi Colorado Springs dealership for routine maintenance. Dan from the Service Department greeted me and immediately asked if he could help. From the moment we drove in everyone was friendly, accommodating, and helpful not only to us, but to our dog!
