Miguel at CS Audi is one of the best SA’s I’ve worked with. He speaks the VAG language and was able to deep dive into all my concerns. On top of that. No markups. No games. Car buying like it used to be/should be. Please ask for Miguel when shopping at Audi Colorado Springs and kudos to Scott Dick for being fair, transparent and awesome!
My wife and I had a pleasant experience working with Dylan and Chris at Audi COS. Dylan was amazing as far as knowledge of the vehicle and his ability to answer all of my random questions. Chris was able to work with us on numbers, which was great. If you are seeking an Audi I would recommend asking for Dylan and Chris. Only slight negative was there was a few issues with our certified pre-owned such as a crack in the windshield and rock dinged front camera. Our Sales Representative (Miguel Copas) was very proactive. He asked for some information (vehicle style/model) we were interested in before we arrived and had vehicle choices ready for us to look over immediately. We test drove the same model we were shopping for, an Audi Q6 EV. Then we were offered a chance to request specific details that interested us. If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, I would highly recommend this dealership! Brian and Alec were fantastic to work with friendly, welcoming, and never pushy. There was absolutely no pressure, which made the experience so much better. While they didn't have exactly what we were looking for this time, we'll definitely be back for our next purchase!
