Our Sales Representative (Miguel Copas) was very proactive. He asked for some information (vehicle style/model) we were interested in before we arrived and had vehicle choices ready for us to look over immediately. We test drove the same model we were shopping for, an Audi Q6 EV. Then we were offered a chance to request specific details that interested us. If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, I would highly recommend this dealership! Brian and Alec were fantastic to work with friendly, welcoming, and never pushy. There was absolutely no pressure, which made the experience so much better. While they didn't have exactly what we were looking for this time, we'll definitely be back for our next purchase!

This is my fourth and would chose another brand because of the reliability backed by guarantee they offer. It’s really when you get behind the wheel of these cars you feel everything and its an enthusiasm that I think the whole dealership enjoys to see.
One star because 0 wasn’t an option.. I scheduled an appointment on Monday the 11th of August for Friday the 15th at 10:15am. Well I showed up on Friday to be met with a confused and barely responsive writer who was little help. Later found out I was misscheduled for Wednesday the 13th. No big deal simple error, it happens. But they proceeded to treat me like a walk in making me wait 6 hours for a simple oil change. During which, I got 0 updates and not one call as to what they recommend and why.
