On Google map, it locates at 485 sterling Lyon, but it actually locates at 1717 waverley, the GMC dealership, no signs on the street. Their staff cannot even find my file. And their system is down for loading customer's file. It is a very unpleasant experience, not professional at all. That means one thing, bad management.
