Worked with Bryan Hearn on a new lease for a 2025 Audi Q5. Bryan has many slick tactics which probably do not add any positive contribution to the car salesman stigma. I was lead to believe that my lease turn-in (for my third consecutive Audi) would wipe away my mileage overage, only to find out 3 months later that this was not the case. He took no responsibilty in any of it and said he can't do anything. here’s a nice update: driving my car to the gym last night and the light comes back on, telling me what they just fixed & my coolant is empty! so you sent me on the road with a car that could overheat, l (waiting now until 9am when they open so i can go get it fixed again before a freaking wedding i have to attend today).
