Came to CH Audi for what I hoped was a small repair, turned out I needed a new car as the repair outweighed the value. I was provided a clear video and explanation of the repairs, it was very honest. The service, sales, and credit department staff are knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to the staff in full I have managed to make a terrible situation a great one, I feel proud of my purchase.
I bought 2016 Audi A5 from this dealer brand new. It’s been bad experiences ever since. One time I took it in for a routine service. After the service on the way out of the dealership my tires were running bumpy. Long story short I had to buy new tires. Once the mileage reached 80k it started to burn oil badly. It’s gotten progressively worse and now I have to add a quart every 200 miles. I went in to the service to see if they can do something about it. The guy was so rude. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the service. Especially considering this should have been an easy in and out thing. Called this morning due to needing a new tire due to a serious leak. Was told they don't do appointments for that and to just come in. Great. Simple enough. I do just that and am asked immediately if I made an appointment for my leak. . . no you all said you don't do appointments for that.
