We made an appointment for service on our 2025 Audi Q5, but when we arrived, we were told they didn’t have time to do the software update and we should leave the car overnight. Only problem is they didn’t have a loaner car available for us to get home. That’s when Bill, the Service Manager, stepped in. He took control of the situation and arranged a rental car for us. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Audi of Cherry Hill! It was a busy Saturday, first Sarah got us keys for a test drive, then it was Bodur and Davon. They went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is my 2nd Audi Q3 that I purchased at Cherry Hill Audi and it was a pleasure dealing with them.
