I had a terrible experience with this dealership. The sales process seemed disorganized from beginning to end. I was in the market for a ****** and I found an Outback that I liked on Carsguru. I contacted ************** via email and after looking at their catalog I found another car, the Crosstrek, that I wanted to test drive. Worst service ever. I bought a 4 year service plan with a new car. I brought it in for the 4th year service in August and was told I would have to pay for it even though I had already paid for it upfront. Apparently there is a some hidden feature where I had to bring it by the end of July or I had to forfeit the money I paid for the service upfront. The service manager was rude and actually laughed.

I spoke with Mr. ***** and offered to replace the leaking shock at a discounted price and install the one side at no labor charge. He told me that he would get back to me.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 2016, I recently had to call to get a copy of a form required for me to transfer my registration back to Massachusetts. This form should have been kept in my file, however, they do not have it and now I am facing over 4 years of late registration fees to simply transfer the registration back. Audi Brookline was the second Herb Chambers dealership I visited. At the first one the sales rep told me the story of how Mr. Chambers bought his first dealership. Basically, when trying to purchase a Cadillac no one at a dealership in Providence would give him the time of day. He thought the customer service was abhorrent.
