I expected better from Audi. The scheduling process was easy and the accommodations of getting a rental car was easy enough. However disappointed did not have an Audi loaner rather a Chevy Malibu, but I guess that’s better than nothing. When I came in for my appointment and I discussed my concerns with my representative, it started off with me being out of my warranty, which threw me because my car was only purchased two months ago, only to be followed by a mistake on his end. It was easy to schedule an online appointment. Was quickly approached upon arrival to get service in motion. Advisor extended service promotion discount and easily scheduled Lyft rides to/from residence while auto was in service.
Tristan and the team were absolutely great. Brought in my vehicle for a recall and cosmetic concern, and they were able to perform service and repair under the Audi guarantee. Smooth process and great communication. Highly recommend.
