Service Associate, Daunte, was excellent. Along with keeping me informed, he went the extra mile to take care of a coupon issue that I had. Ask for him!
I had an issue with my new car, called my sales rep and within minutes had a return call from the service dept. Brought my car in the next day, was given a loaner car, and received a diagnosis same day. The part arrived on the expected date and the repair was completed within 1 day. Although the car shouldn’t have had the problem, it was handled and repaired immediately.

Audi Bellevue unfairly took my $1350 as a result of Poor staff training and communication. I extended my audi care for one more year and paid the amount they requested. I went for a service and was told that it expired and can’t use the $1350 I paid. I was told I was supposed to come at 80k, but now it’s 82k. The person who asked me to buy has never told me about the restrictions. This completely shut off my desire to come back to this specific center , and off course to buy my second model.
