One of the worst experiences I've had in my life; I highly don't recommend ever going there. As a general manager in the customer service industry, I received a lack of respect from Benjamin that was insane. I don't understand how he can be an advisor and help customers when speaking so rudely. My employees and I will never step foot in that place again.
It was hands down the most relaxing, stress free and fastest SUV experience my wife and I ever enjoyed . We went on Labor Day and Steve said they were short staffed. So we were able to test drive the Q5 and the Q3 to compare the 2 vehicles . Steve was able to juggle 2 customers at the same time . We both bought vehicles off of Steve . And on top of that the delivered our new Q5 to house with associate to explain to my wife all the new features !! Just an amazing experience a the way through !! Sincerely John Overdorff
I was interested in a used truck. Since I am not local, I was going to have an inspection performed. Steve Cortez was very helpful and made a walk around video for me with a very honest assessment of the condition of the truck. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to leave this review. Exceptional experience. This team made my son and myself and husband feel important. We were buying a used Audi and we got the same treatment as someone buying a brand new 95,000 car. They worked with us and tried very hard to make the deal happen. Attention to our needs and everyone was very kind and welcoming. Finance team, salesman, all great! Thank you Joe, Nick and Shawn!
