I called to check the availability of spare parts. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. After that, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up! What the hell? I heard a woman's voice the moment someone picked up the phone. If this is how you treat your customers, you won't have any left soon! After that, I waited another 20 minutes on the line, and no one answered the call. You won't find worse service anywhere!!!
