Worst customer service ever. I dropped my car for service and haven been waiting over 4 days for an update. Justin, has not returned my call nor has he provided status updates as he said he would. I keep getting the run around and nobody will take accountability in providing a status update. I received notice from Carfax stating my car has been serviced. I called the service center and they said no service has been completed. Why would Carfax provide an update unless someone fraudulently updated that information. The above a... read more
I called Audi Atlanta Service Department 4 times in two weeks. Left detailed messages and even had the operator forward me to the manager and left a message as well. I did not receive one call back. Honestly, if I can't schedule an appointment I'd be nervous about trusting them with my service if they can't communicate properly. Ended up going to a much more communicative a reliable mechanic.

Dishonest, lazy, and rude — not the service I was expecting after buying two cars from this dealership a few months ago. They scuffed the door on my girlfriend's car and drove mine around and left it on zero miles to empty— literally zero when I picked it up. Oscar and Raymone have both been incredibly rude and condescending to my girlfriend, and Oscar is currently ignoring messages from her while our third Audi is there right now.
