I purchased a ********** Atlas at *** Ellis **********. The purchase was made on August 1 2022. I begin having problems with this vehicle the first week of purchase. The engine light came on and the brakes started squealing. I took my vehicle back to *** Ellis service center. and they indicated to me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I would not recommend *** Ellis **** Came in for my 3 recalls in February of 2021 and was given a loaner , but told the system was down but they will keep my car until Monday. Came in Monday to get my car back as the system was still down and was told by the advisor he would call me as soon as he got another loaner. Called back in April as I have yet to receive a call and spoke with a lady who scheduled me for *** and when I explained I have to have a car for work, she stated I would be given a rental if they are out of loan... read more
I want to say thank you to Louis Long and his team. They went out of their way to help us. He ended up referring us to a dealership down the road they are connected too. Louis is a helpful and trustworthy guy. We will do business with them again down the road and hope you will too!!
They lost/stole my designer sunglasses while I was in for service. They agreed that they would look into replacing them, then when I followed up they kept dodging my phone calls and emails. I have spent thousands of dollars in service since having my Audi. I am extremely disappointed that a so called luxury dealership treats their customers in this manner. I want to warn others to consider this dealership cautiously. **** ********
AWFUL experience. Called Jim Ellis Audi Marietta and they listen to my complaint and do not call back. Actually spoke to their brand new GM who promised to call back and never did. I hate my car but worse is their total lack of caring and deplorable customer service. Do not buy a car from this huge company. Go to ******!!

Unfortunately the vehicle the client selected was not a good fit for him. Unfortunately, we are unable to return new vehicles once the paperwork is done and the client is driving the vehicle. Jim Ellis Volvo is very unprofessional and unfair and not helpful. The GM would not come out of his office to even meet with us about our concern. In addition, the sales manager (Denton ******) was very rude and unprofessional. We have been done very wrong by Volvo and even had to get Volvo customer support to step in. Do not recommend this dealership to purchase your vehicle. Find another dealership that is worthy of your time and helpful to you.
