RecommendedI bought magnetic shades for my windows to block UV rays from Amazon. Forgetting I had one on my side window, I unrolled the window at the car wash. The shade was sucked into the door & the window remained down & would no longer function. I drove to Audi unannounced & the fixed it within 15 minutes while I enjoyed a latte in the lounge. They are the best!

Recently purchased an Audi Q7 from this dealer was supposed to be CPO condition...purchased over the internet and shipped to FL...vehicle interior has grease stains in headliner and leather seats and clear coat appliqué on back bumper...sales rep did not disclose nor did any of the internet pictures...paid $58k would have offered $55k if they disclosed actual condition of interior...typical bait and switch BS...filled out the Audi online survey and never heard from Audi or the dealer...last time that will ever purchase a veh... read more
