RecommendedRecommend over all, however, not pleased with last service. Had a 10 am appointment on 9/16 and was not finished until 2:30 ish. There for oil change and 35,000 mile checkup. Was in with the car about 4 weeks earlier to have the front brakes replaced. No mention of a need for rear brakes to be replaced. All the sudden on 9/16 was told rear brakes needed replacing. When questioned this, he backed off and said they were ok for a while yet! Would this have happened if my husband had taken it in instead of me??? So, overall, wou... read more

Fantastic customer service!
The quote for the work is always completely different from what the actual cost is. My quote was $200 and it cost$800. Costumer service is terrible! They make you pay for gas for the loaner car and then give you the wrong amount as to what your loaner car stayed when you pick it up. I learned to always take a picture! They time that they tell you always differs from the time of the service. My last service was 4 hours over. One time when they told me my car was detailed all they did was vacuum it out!
