The new facility is very nice. The staff there is very clear about what needs to be done and very helpful in getting it done. I recently went in to have two tires and a rim replaced and I was in and out in the time that I expected. In the past I have gotten a loaner car from them so that I could go to work while they completed tasks on my car.
I recently brought my car in for warranty work and the experience surpassed my expectations! Jerry Todd was my Service Consultant and was both efficient and knowledgeable. He really knows his Audi's and is a super nice guy! The facility is beautiful and perfectly decorated. I had a nice, clean loaner car to use and visited downtown. I have to say Bing Chen is the best Client Advisor. He answered every question I had at very and beyond. His knowledge of the products and his great character are second to none. Audi has a true gem with Mr. Chen on the team at Audi of Annapolis. I will only buy from him because he makes the process so easy and seemless!!!!
Service department is terrible. Went with my a3, they proceeded to tell me that my transmission was bad and that I had to have messed with the motor and wouldn't cover under warranty. The cost would be over 11k. I took the car to a different dealership they fixed it no questions asked and with a smile. Always get a second opinion.
I bought my first car after graduating from college and it was a 2000 Audi A4 from this dealership. Now, I just heard that my best friend, Bing Chen, just started working here, so I'll be buying a new Audi in the near future. I always gotten excellent service here before and now I know I'll get a great sales experience from Bing. The average person only focus on cheap price, but the successful person focus on best value and appreciates loyalty. Congratulations Bing and I'm be a loyal customer for life wherever you go.
Service department is fantastic. Spending the afternoon touring Annapolis and stopped in to see if they could perform 25K service for us. Service consultant Ron fit us in and even gave us ride down to the Naval Academy. Car was ready in two hours. We declined offer to pick us up and had nice 30 min walk back from downtown to dealer.

Brought our A4 in for repair and have truly had the worst experience imaginable. Efficiency and customer service are lacking in the worst way! We've gone from considering a new A4 to knowing that we will never return. We've not only written off the dealership but the brand as a whole.
