This place is top-notch. The staff is professional, and their work is excellent. If you have the money—meaning cost isn’t a concern—this is truly the best service you’ll get in Alaska. In particular, Cody was very helpful with the service. A special thanks to him!
I’ve had very good experiences my last two service appointments for my 2023 Audi Q5 PHEV. Most recent appt Spencer was at the service door and I had zero wait time. My car was ready when they said it would be. (I bought a service plan with the car so no charge for the service). Best of all Spencer was able to find a trailer hitch for my car, so now I can use a bike rack on the car.
Spencer in the Service Dept is The Best! He is Professional always. Spencer does his best to get your car in when you want. He has been a pleasure to work with at Anchorage Audi:)
