Spencer did a great job getting the car in to be evaluated. Technician was fast and helpful to get the car working again.
Excellent service! Even though I showed up a week early for my service appointment they got me in. They made my day!
The service advisor was prompt and courteous and kept me informed. The service was completed in a timely manner which was appreciated since I was waiting for the vehicle. With the exception of some initial communication issues getting the parts ordered, this service department otherwise was professional in my opinion and what I would expect from an Audi dealership.
My experience was very good. The service department gentleman got my car back in very quickly and kept me updated plus offered other services that I needed.
Spencer at Audi was the epitome of Customer Service. Kudos to Swickard Audi!
