I’ve had mixed experiences at this dealership in the past, but my recent service with Spencer was excellent. He made the whole process simple and efficient by sending a digital link to register, letting me pay in advance, and making pick up and drop off seamless. He was professional, knowledgeable about Audi’s service plan and my specific vehicle, and provided great communication throughout. I highly recommend asking for Spencer if you need Audi service.
I took our 2014 Audi in for long overdue service and was pleasantly surprised by the changes which had been made to the service department since we were last in. Spencer (and his trainee, Richie) were absolutely amazing! Spencer has been my service advisor there since I bought my 2020 A5 and he’s done an excellent job of making sure that time spots are available for me when I can get to them. As an outside sales rep, it’s a huge impact on my day-to-day when I can just take my car in for service drop it off pick it up no problems and Spencer has been the linchpin that keeps me happy there. I had my Audi serviced last week and had the pleasure of dealing with Spencer. He was very polite and informative, he kept me advised of any issues or delays and was very responsive.
