Service department is a joke! We bought an Audi here which was a mistake in the first place because they are way over priced but my fault for not researching a little. Then we are out of town for Christmas. (check the date of this post) and our service was due so instead of driving 700 miles back to Abq to get it serviced we stop and get it done in Texas.
