It's the small things here that make the place great. Lovely flowers as well.
Emilio and his team are the best. They work hard to keep the place well maintained and they have always been helpful with the paperwork. You don’t find good apartment management easily but this is it.
This establishment is incredibly unprofessional and dismissive when it comes to resolving issues they themselves have caused. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no real assistance from Maria, Emilio, or Bushra—the so-called regional manager who has been “handling” my case for over 12 months with no resolution. I have repeatedly asked for Bushra’s supervisor’s contact information, but she refuses to provide it. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
