I know lots of people give them 5 stars and positive feedback, I also was going to give them 5 star and positive feedback, however, Once you made the payment, and claim the warranty, you will be disappointed so badly, I installed 3 fans and 8 down lights etc and spent 6600$, 2 days after they installed the fan with light, one of fan and lights did not work, so I contacted them for warranty (if you do not make the payment you can not claim the warranty) they advised me, if the faulty fan, they will charge me the check up cost... read more

I really liked that on actual day the boys (Rory and forgot the name of the orthet one sorry for that) explained the job before doing and took consent.
