Auctioneers on Deck was exactly what we needed. My mother was selling her home at the coast and she had 7 bedrooms, 3 attics and a large shed fully stocked! We only had 2 months to clear it out. After the family had taken out what we needed we just turned the house over to Auctioneers on Deck and they handled the rest! All the contents were removed from the house the day of the auction and we closed on the house 2 days later. It was such a relief to be able to rely on them to take care of this very difficult task for us!
They might be good with selling trinkets, but my experience was horrible. I truly feel she was working harder for the buyer than me the seller. Bad on me for not doing more research. Not a satisfied customer, I feel she didnt want to deal with my property and didnt follow through with our original discussion to advertise the property, not the house, she never wrote the reserve price, lots of issues.
