I’m an owner/ operator whom transported a vehicle for AuctionXM picked up and delivered the vehicle as scheduled. Upon delivery emailed them all documentation including photos of vehicle satisfying the contractual agreement and yet they have not paid me for my services, on top of that cannot provide a reason for non payment.
this company cooperates with the copart, they will take the money and the car that you can't see anymore!! cheaters! report to the shelf! I do not recommend! the copart should cancel the collusion with them!!!!
If you want to lose your money, deal with this company. They will not ship your car and will keep delaying for a long time, “a year or more”. This is what happened to me, which forced me to hand it over to a lawyer and losing more money. The second issue is that they were asked two months ago to refund the security deposit and the amounts in the balance, but they ignored with an endless number of excuses.
