Auction Direct USA was formed in Rochester, New York (Victor NY) in 2005 by a handful of rebellious automotive businessmen who loved the car business but not the current practices used to sell cars. Using their combined 70 years of automotive experience with wholesale auto auctions and automotive retailing, the exciting new sales environment of Auction Direct USA was created. The result was a completely "customer-driven" sales process in a fun, open atmosphere, with a tremendous selection of vehicles at really low prices.

They have an excellent atmosphere at Auction Direct USA, not what you typically find at a car dealership. The customer service was fantastic.
They helped me purchase what I wanted, not what they wanted. This made a big difference to me because it showed that they really care about what the customer wants.
I have actually purchased 3 cars from Auction and I certainly will continue. The reason being is that they have always provided exceptional customer service care.

The sales process was streamlined and easy. My salesperson was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He even drove me home with my old car so I could switch my belongings into my new truck!
The employees that I dealt with seemed to have my best interests in mind. They weren't pushy and didn't try to talk me into something that didn't align with what I wanted. I was able to shop on my own, and ask questions when I needed to. It was a good experience.
