I found the car I wanted in "Great Condition" which it appeared to be. After the test drive we started talking price, I was told $16k and agreed on a price for the trade in. When the paperwork was done the car was suddenly 18.5k plus taxes and fees and negative equity on the trade in it all came to $21k.... They had the trade in at HALF what we agreed on.
