I love that the baristas greet each customer when they pull up, have a real conversation with you and then wish you a good day when you pull off. They call you by your name and are genuinely happy to see you...plus the drinks are to die for...I went to Starbucks and felt cheated by the experience...my only real complaint about BFJ is the bees and that's no fault if there's that the bees think they're sweet and wanna hang out too!
