Joe was an outstanding sales representative and a valuable asset to the Auburn Valley Dealership. It was an awesome experience buying a car from this dealership.
Staff is professional and courteous. High pressure sales tactics were not used by Joe. He worked hard to make the deal that we wanted and to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing any of the many different vehicles at this dealership.

Our experience with Kia of Auburn was very successful. We took the offer home and still came back and accepted the offer. Lee Bontempo was very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful. We are a previous Kia Sorento LX owner and have been very pleased. We are hoping to be just as happy with the 4 cylinder Kia Sorento.

I thought overall that the sales personal were informed about the vehicles they were selling and took great lengths in answering any questions or concerns that I may have had. I want to thank everyone for their professionalisim and positive attitudes!
Today was awesome ! Lee Bontempo was awesome! THE WHOLE CREW was awesome! So came in today and am Driving Away in a Nissan Altima! HE worked everything out for me! Not only am I walking away with a wonderful car but I fully understand the path I am set on from here forth! More than just a purchase- it is the beginning of a solid transition.
