The staff is very kind and friendly. Their kindness is important especially when you are not feeling well. The receptionist is the first smiling face that you see. The medical assistant is a super nice man. He makes a point of looking at you and really listening to you when you tell him the reason for your visit. Dr Donna Wood is very knowledgeable and she does a great job of explaining things.
