We had such a positive experience purchasing our vehicle from Auburn Toyota. We had to wait a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive. During the wait period, our sales person, Jake Onorato kept us updated proactively. Never had to call for a status. He was on it. The purchase was seamless. I recently purchased my 2026 Woodland RAV4 from Auburn Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had the pleasure of working with Haley Ricks in purchasing my car. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and able to answer my questions. She didn’t come off as a typical car sales person. She was not pushy and trying to find the right car for me in the right price range. She was easy to work with and gave me a different view of a typical car sales person I would highly recommend her.
