Staff at Auburn Toyota went above and beyond to take care of the 2 recalls on my 2019 Tundra. Also fixed a deep paint scratch that was determined to have happened while at the dealership. The manger (Ryan Toohey) personally inspected the damage and verified the pictures taken when I dropped it off in the morning. I was assisted by Ryan Toohey, And was immediately greeted with friendliness and professionalism and punctuality. He explained everything that would be done in the price I was anticipated to pay so there were no surprises. He said it would be completed in an hour and in exactly one hour I was let known that my car was ready. My experience could not have been more positive and supportive by he and his team I was very pleased and will definitely be going back.
I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from Magnussens is 2004, and they are the only dealer I have trusted with my maintenance. My little car was due for an oil change, and unfortunately the check engine light came on when I was driving from Lincoln. Jake MacCullum was so helpful. Bought my Toyota Tacoma almost 4 years ago... never had any problems with this business... excellent service, clear elucidated issues outlined, cost for repairs, updates and notifications sent via email, and speed of service (related to issue) uncomplicated and timely. Got a warranty with purchase still in effect and perfect for my vehicle... :)
