Auburn roofing excellence. Ok, let's start by saying., Mike and staff were Exceptional. Especially Arturo. Accommodating and Very nice to work with in all aspects. I have gotten multiple bids to have my roof done.. 2 of them were just outrageous. I got a bid from Mike., And it was a good price for good material. And reasonable install price.. Auburn Roofing installed a new roof 5 years ago. Great job. This past weekend we had a roof leak during a very windy storm. Called and left a message on Sunday and they sent Arturo out on Monday. He lifted and caulked the flashing but told me the leak was most probably not roofing but between the siding and window. He proceeded to caulk all around the window even though that was not their responsibility. Great customer service. And before he came off the roof he even took a blower and cleaned the entire roof. We're too small of a project for them to take. They prefer to take the more expensive projects first. The timeline for them to come out is always 3 months or more. It's really sad that the company that I liked so much for so long has decided to go for profit rather than customer service. I had emergency situation because rain was coming through my roof but they still determined it was too small for them to even take a look.
