Called before closed and the receptionist just ignored the call I called 4 more times back to back and they still declined to pick up my call. What’s the point of having opening hours if you don’t answer the phone within the time
I haven't come in for my first appointment yet, but the people I've spoken to in reception have been very helpful -- responsive, patient, and friendly. I left a message this morning and got a phone call back within two hours. I'm looking forward to meeting the staff in the future.
Every experience is different and i respect every ones opinon, in my experience i have been a patient for more than 6 years, me and my family have had may emergencies and obviously we go to the E.R. but for follw ups i dont really mind who can see us as long as we are checked..
