I have lived here going on 2 years. You can have the cleanest apartment and roaches are still going to be present in your home. The cats are ridiculous so if you don’t like cats or you are allergic don’t move here. I’ve complained several times about cats because all of my neighbors are feeding stray cats. The grass area next to my home has become a litter box. There are cat scratches all on my car because they have been jumping on my car. I had mice and roaches the day I came to look at the place and then my sink was leaking every week and to put the icing on the cake my dishwasher was also I called maintenance and they just made it worst and it started to stink my whole apartment
Simply a terrible unprofessional experience since moving in. From having to move into an apartment that wasn't even cleaned, nor was it treated for the tons of roaches that also reside here after having asked if they treated(Crystal) blatantly lied and said that roaches weren't an issue so they didn't spray or treat for them. Crystal is an amazing office manager and the property manager is very knowledgeable but the complex is slow to handle serious maintenance issues with the units. They don't follow up on maintenance issues then blame the residents when they don't come back and tell them. When they were under Thalhimer, amazing. Under the new management? They would rather evict then repair severe damage then actually fix the issue with the tenants there. I just moved in and let me tell you I haven’t felt more welcomed into a community than here. I everyone here is so nice and the kids are friendly. Kristal in the office is amazing and she got me in quick! Very communicative. I even got a welcome bag! The apartments are nice and spacious besides the hallway lol but other than that it’s a great place! I highly recommend this place!
